Helping women navigate their fertility journey
Are you trying to become pregnant and finding yourself overwhelmed with anxiety, uncertainty, or pressure?

Are you worried about how long it will take to get pregnant, finding that each passing month brings increased stress, disappointment, or even self-doubt?
Are you trying to get pregnant after a previous pregnancy loss and finding that hope is mixed with fear, grief, or emotional hesitation?
Are you using assisted reproductive technology, such as IUI or IVF, and feeling emotionally drained by the process?
Are you feeling alone in your fertility journey, unsure where to turn with your fears, questions, or emotional exhaustion?
How I can help
Trying to conceive can be an incredibly emotional and vulnerable journey. What may begin as a hopeful and exciting time can, over time, become filled with anxiety, stress, grief, and feelings of isolation especially when the process doesn’t happen in the way you expected. The unpredictability of the process, combined with societal pressures and internal hopes, can stir up a wide range of emotions some including disappointment, grief, anger, fear, guilt, and at times, loneliness. All of these emotions are valid and all of them are deserving of care.
You may be navigating the emotional highs and lows of waiting for answers, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of fertility treatments, or managing a previous pregnancy loss or fertility-related trauma. You are not alone. Many women find themselves silently coping, unsure of where to turn for support that truly understands the emotional impact of trying to conceive. You may feel caught between wanting to stay positive and needing space to acknowledge the very real emotional toll this journey can take.
As a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy in New York and Connecticut, I provide a compassionate and confidential space for you to step away from the outside pressures and dedicate time to focus fully on yourself: your emotional well-being, your thoughts, and your needs. Therapy can help you name and process what you're feeling, learn techniques to help manage anxiety, and explore ways to stay grounded, supported and connected to yourself as you navigate this deeply personal journey.
Together we will work on gently identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns that may be contributing to your anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional distress. These might include persistent worries, self-critical thoughts, worst case scenario thinking, or beliefs that you're somehow failing or not doing enough. Together, we’ll explore where these thoughts come from, how they impact the way you feel and behave, and how to shift them in a way that’s more compassionate, realistic, and supportive of your well-being. The goal isn't to force positivity but rather to help you gain perspective, develop more balanced thinking, and respond to yourself with greater understanding and kindness.
Whether you’re early in your fertility journey or have been trying for some time, therapy offers a space to reflect, receive support, and become more attune with your needs. I will help you learn mindfulness, self-compassion, and coping techniques to manage anxiety, soothe emotional triggers, and stay grounded in the present moment, even when you find yourself spiraling into worry about the future or stuck in painful thoughts about the past. You deserve a space where your hopes, fears, and experiences are met with empathetic, non-judgmental care, and understanding.
